ARM Holdings PLC16 March 2006 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on the 16 March 2006 the following ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. 93,750 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 14,069 ordinary shares at 104.25 pence per share 200 ordinary shares at 105.50 pence per share 23,062 ordinary shares at 125.00 pence per share 4,200 ordinary shares at 47.00 pence per share 6,000 ordinary shares at 60.00 pence per share 600 ordinary shares at 70.00 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company holds 3,036,276 ordinary shares as treasury shares.
