ARM Holdings PLC01 December 2005 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 1 December 2005, the following numbers of shares were transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. 16,993 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share12,203 ordinary shares at 58.65 pence per share10,116 ordinary shares at 48 pence per share1,686 ordinary shares at 70 pence per share Following the above transfer of treasury stock, the Company holds 11,424,668 ordinary shares as treasury shares.
