ARM Holdings PLC15 November 2005 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 15 November 2005the following amounts of treasury shares were transferred fromtreasury stock for the purposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. 14,051 ordinary shares at 24 pence per share 7,050 ordinary shares at 27 pence per share 10,000 ordinary shares at 65 pence per share 11,000 ordinary shares at 70 pence per share Following the above transfer of treasury stock, the Company holds9,246,553 ordinary shares as treasury shares.
