ARM Holdings PLC10 November 2005 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 10 November 2005 18,233ordinary shares, at 47 pence and 25 per share, were transferred from treasurystock for the purposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. Following the above transfer of treasury stock, the Company holds 8,757,699ordinary shares as treasury shares.
