ARM Holdings PLC21 November 2005 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 21 November 2005 thefollowing amounts of treasury shares were transferred from treasury stock forthe purposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. 116,000 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 2,809 ordinary shares at 70 pence per share Following the above transfer of treasury stock, the Company holds 9,957,744ordinary shares as treasury shares.
