ARM Holdings PLC07 December 2005 ARM Holdings PLC 7 December 2005 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 7 December 2005, the following ordinary shares were transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. 15,897 ordinary shares at 38 pence per share 50,000 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 10,903 ordinary shares at 50 pence per share 238 ordinary shares at 47 pence per share 3561 ordinary shares at 70 pence per share Following the above transfer of treasury stock, the Company holds 11,600,069 ordinary shares as treasury shares.
