ARM Holdings PLC31 October 2005 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 31 October 2005 11,239ordinary shares, at 43 pence per share, were transferred from treasury stockfor the purposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. Following the above transfer of treasury stock, the Company holds 7,637,335ordinary shares as treasury shares.
