ARM Holdings PLC24 November 2005 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 24 November 2005, the following numbers of shares were transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. 9,000 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 736 ordinary shares at 37 pence per share 2,704 ordinary shares at 51 pence per share 3,371 ordinary shares at 70 pence per share Following the above transfer of treasury stock, the Company holds 10,386,452 ordinary shares as treasury shares.
