ARM Holdings PLC09 November 2005 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 9 November 2005 25,000ordinary shares, at 22 pence per share, were transferred from treasury stock forthe purposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. Following the above transfer of treasury stock, the Company holds 8,545,932ordinary shares as treasury shares.
