ARM Holdings PLC18 September 2006 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on the 18th September 2006, the following ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. 22,000 ordinary shares at 24.00 pence per share 78,065 ordinary shares at 25.00 pence per share 180 ordinary shares at 94.00 pence per share 21,249 ordinary shares at 105.50 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company holds 30,428,633 ordinary shares as treasury shares.
