ARM Holdings PLC10 March 2006 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on the 10 March 2006 the following ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. 2,900 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 374,260 ordinary shares at 122.40 pence per share 2,500 ordinary shares at 105.50 pence per share 24,919 ordinary shares at 25.00 pence per share 1,675 ordinary shares at 47.00 pence per share 8,008 ordinary shares at 49.00 pence per share 15,000 ordinary shares at 65.00 pence per share 1,405 ordinary shares at 70.00 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company holds 3,219,461ordinary shares as treasury shares.
