ARM Holdings PLC15 August 2007 Transfer of Treasury Shares ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 15 August 2007, the followingordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purposes ofemployees' share scheme allotments. 1,124 ordinary shares at 0.85 pence per share 8,5000 ordinary shares at 105.50 pence per share 2,5000 ordinary shares at 132.50 pence per share 52,869 ordinary shares at 90.95 in accordance with ARM SAYE scheme Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company held 21,224,785ordinary shares as treasury shares.
