Transfer of Treasury Shares

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("the Company") announces that, on 16 March 2009, the following ordinary shares (57,278) have been transferred from treasury shares for the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Reckitt Benckiser Group Share Schemes/Plans:

Executive Share Option Scheme:

4,201 Ordinary shares of £7.14 per share

50,000 Ordinary shares of £12.76 per share

3,077 Ordinary shares at £22.57 per share

Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 12,444,636 Ordinary shares in treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 709,923,876.
