ARM Holdings PLC19 December 2005 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 19 December 2005, 40,000ordinary shares were transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of anemployees' share scheme allotment. These options were exercised within thecompany's open period on 16 December 2005, but allotment was delayed until the19 December 2005, Following the above transfer of treasury stock, the Company holds 12,751,107ordinary shares as treasury shares.
