ARM Holdings PLC22 February 2007 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on the 22nd February 2007, thefollowing ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for thepurposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. 3,578 ordinary shares at 25.00 pence per share 40,000 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 20,770 ordinary shares at 47.00 pence per share 5,000 ordinary shares at 50.00 pence per share 63,921 ordinary shares at 55.00 pence per share 20,230 ordinary shares at 70.00 pence per share 25,000 ordinary shares at 71.00 pence per share12,500 ordinary shares at 105.50 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company holds 47,577,027ordinary shares as treasury shares.
