ARM Holdings PLC10 May 2007 Transfer of Treasury Shares ARM Holdings PLC 10 May 2007 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 10 May 2007, the followingordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purposes ofemployees' share scheme allotments. 40,000 ordinary shares at 11.25 pence per share 15,745 ordinary shares at 24.00 pence per share 137,500 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 66,870 ordinary shares at 85.00 pence per share 1,250 ordinary shares at 94.75 pence per share 30,750 ordinary shares at 105.50 pence per share 5,520 ordinary shares at 122.40 pence per share 22,500 ordinary shares at 125.00 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company held 63,853,100ordinary shares as treasury shares.
