ARM Holdings PLC03 February 2006 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 3 February 2006, the following ordinary shares were transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. 276,185 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 4,375 ordinary shares at 105.50 pence per share 97,360 ordinary shares at 122.40 pence per share2,697 ordinary shares at 125.00 pence per share Following the above transfer of treasury stock, the Company holds 11,415,771 ordinary shares as treasury shares.
