Transfer of Treasury Shares

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("the Company") announces that, on 30 October 2007 the following ordinary shares [ 61,895 ] have been transferred from treasury shares for the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Reckitt Benckiser Group Share Schemes/Plans:

Executive Share Option Scheme:

500 Ordinary shares at ‚£11.186 per share.

UK Savings Related Share Option Scheme:

8,458 Ordinary shares at ‚£6.616 per share

10,436 Ordinary shares at ‚£8.412 per share

42,501 Ordinary shares at ‚£9.536 per share

Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 8,780,965 Ordinary shares in treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 713,587,547.
