ARM Holdings PLC20 June 2006 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 20 June 2006 the following ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of anemployees' share scheme allotment. 8,000 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 300,000 ordinary shares at 22.00 pence per share 4,495 ordinary shares at 27.00 pence per share 8,991 ordinary shares at 25.00 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company holds 15,989,135ordinary shares as treasury shares.
