Transfer of Treasury Shares

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("the Company") announces that, on 20 March 2008 the following ordinary shares [30,616] have been transferred from treasury shares for the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Reckitt Benckiser Group Share Schemes/Plans:

Executive Share Option Scheme:

7,600 Ordinary shares at ‚£11.186 per share

13,016 Ordinary shares at ‚£12.120 per share

10,000 Ordinary shares at ‚£12.760 per share

Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 11,624,847 Ordinary shares in treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 710,743.665.
