Transfer of Treasury Shares

Huntsworth plc (the 'Company') announces that on 22 September 2010 it transferred to a participant in the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme 50,000 ordinary shares at an exercise price of 58.125 pence per share.

In addition, it transferred to a participant in the Company's (Executive Directors) Share Option Scheme 400,000 ordinary shares at an exercise price of 58.125 pence per share.

The shares were all formerly held as treasury shares.

Further to the announcement released this morning and following the above transfer of shares out of treasury, the Company holds 4,478,660 ordinary shares in treasury and has a total of 231,403,496 ordinary shares of 1p each in issue (excluding shares held in treasury).
