ARM Holdings PLC13 August 2007 Transfer of Treasury Shares ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 13 August 2007, the followingordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purposes ofemployees' share scheme allotments. 75,000 ordinary shares at 22.00 pence per share 6,561 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 4,112 ordinary shares at 47.00 pence per share 12,000 ordinary shares at 60.00 pence per share 5,700 ordinary shares at 66.00 pence per share 6,879 ordinary shares at 70.00 pence per share 20,000 ordinary shares at 105.50 pence per share 20,000 ordinary shares at 122.40 pence per share 23,768 ordinary shares at 125.00 pence per share 15,000 ordinary shares at 150.50 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company held 20,299,778ordinary shares as treasury shares.
