ARM Holdings PLC23 November 2005 ARM Holdings PLC 23 November 2005 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 23 November 2005, 8,000 ordinary shares at 70 pence per share were transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. Following the above transfer of treasury stock, the Company holds 10,202,333 ordinary shares as treasury shares.
