ARM Holdings PLC21 August 2007 Transfer of Treasury Shares ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 21 August 2007, the followingordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purposes ofemployees' share scheme allotments. 6,000 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 1,646 ordinary shares at 47.00 pence per share 1,124 ordinary shares at 70.00 pence per share 2,500 ordinary shares at 105.50 pence per share 4,218 ordinary shares at 125.00 pence per share 65,602 ordinary shares at 90.95 in accordance with ARM SAYE scheme Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company held 23,122,324ordinary shares as treasury shares.
