ARM Holdings PLC06 August 2007 Transfer of Treasury Shares ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 6 August 2007, the followingordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purposes ofemployees' share scheme allotments. 1,079 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share1,821 ordinary shares at 47.00 pence per share 5,620 ordinary shares at 66.00 pence per share 1,124 ordinary shares at 70.00 pence per share 625 ordinary shares at 104.25 pence per share 5,000 ordinary shares at 105.50 pence per share 17,500 ordinary shares at 125.00 pence per share 32,501 ordinary shares in accordance with ARM RSU Share Scheme Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company held 20,284,683 ordinary shares as treasury shares.
