ARM Holdings PLC02 August 2007 Transfer of Treasury Shares ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 2 August 2007, the followingordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purposes ofemployees' share scheme allotments. 30,000 ordinary shares at 50.00 pence per share24,205 ordinary shares at 51.00 pence per share 1,600 ordinary shares at 70.00 pence per share 7,500 ordinary shares at 80.50 pence per share 40,000 ordinary shares at 104.25 pence per share 79,301 ordinary shares at 94.35 in accordance with ARM SAYE scheme 240,213 ordinary shares at 90.95 in accordance with ARM SAYE scheme Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company held 18,357,763 ordinary shares as treasury shares.
