ARM Holdings PLC16 March 2006 ARM Holdings PLC 15 March 2005 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on the 15 March 2006 thefollowing ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for thepurposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. 96,065 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 20,000 ordinary shares at 122.40 pence per share 1,954 ordinary shares at 104.25 pence per share 9,375 ordinary Shares at 105.50 pence per share 13,500 ordinary shares at 125.00 pence per share 10,000 ordinary shares at 25.00 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company holds 3,178,157ordinary shares as treasury shares.
