Transfer of Treasury Shares

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("the Company") announces that, on 28 July 2008, the following ordinary shares (55,355) have been transferred from treasury shares for the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Reckitt Benckiser Group Share Schemes/Plans:

Executive Share Option Scheme:

750 Ordinary shares at ‚£5.538 per share

643 Ordinary shares at ‚£9.504 per share

2,425 Ordinary shares at ‚£11.186 per share

30,000 Ordinary shares at ‚£7.22 per share

14,902 Ordinary shares at ‚£6.750 per share

6,635 Ordinary shares at ‚£7.14 per share.

Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 11,930,886 Ordinary shares in treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 710,437,626.
