ARM Holdings PLC02 November 2005 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 1 November 200510,000 ordinary shares, at 43.75 pence per share, were transferredfrom treasury stock for the purposes of an employees' share schemeallotment. Following the above transfer of treasury stock, the Company holds 8,077,335 ordinary shares as treasury shares.
