ARM Holdings PLC23 November 2006 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on the 23rd November 2006, thefollowing ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for thepurposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. 19,304 ordinary shares at 47.00 pence per share 15,000 ordinary shares at 66.00 pence per share 8,880 ordinary shares at 70.00 pence per share 2,500 ordinary shares at 100.50 pence per share 21,249 ordinary shares at 105.50 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company holds 38,636,272ordinary shares as treasury shares.
