Transfer of Treasury Shares

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("the Company") announces that, on 12 May 2008 the following ordinary shares 15,608 have been transferred from treasury shares for the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Reckitt Benckiser Group Share Schemes/Plans:

Executive Share Option Scheme:

8,000 Ordinary shares at ‚£12.760 per share

6,920 Ordinary shares at ‚£15.47 per share

US Share Save Scheme:

656 Ordinary shares at ‚£13.71 per share

32 Ordinary shares at ‚£16.90 per share

Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 9,218,097 Ordinary shares in treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 713,150,415.
