ARM Holdings PLC05 December 2006 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on the 5th December 2006, thefollowing ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for thepurposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. 15,621 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 15,771 ordinary shares at 58.65 pence per share 7,200 ordinary shares at 94.00 pence per share 6,250 ordinary shares at 105.50 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company holds 43,853,009ordinary shares as treasury shares.
