ARM Holdings PLC10 August 2006 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on the 10th August 2006, thefollowing ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for thepurposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. 5,787 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 2,180 ordinary shares at 94.35 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company holds 19,754,228ordinary shares as treasury shares.
