ARM Holdings PLC07 February 2006 ARM Holdings PLC ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 7 February 2006 the following ordinary shares were transferred from treasury stock for the purposes cf an employees' share scheme allotment. 353,250 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 272,340 ordinary shares at 122.40 pence per share 18,750 ordinary shares at 42.50 pence per share 18,562 ordinary shares at 125.00 pence per share 12,500 ordinary shares at 105.50 pence per share Following the above transfer of treasury stock, the Company holds 10,637,419 ordinary shares as treasury shares.
