ARM Holdings PLC02 November 2006 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on the 2nd November 2006, thefollowing ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for thepurposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. 6,788 ordinary shares at 24.00 pence per share 115,141 ordinary shares at 25.00 pence per share 37,587 ordinary shares at 47.00 pence per share 17,000 ordinary shares at 50.00 pence per share 18,732 ordinary shares at 70.00 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company holds 30,360,696ordinary shares as treasury shares. The total number of ordinary shares in issue(excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 1,357,126,932.
