Transfer of Treasury Shares

The Company announces that 32,500 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") previously purchased and held in Treasury have been transferred to Capita IRG Trustees Limited in its capacity as trustee of the Intercede Share Incentive Plan.

The Company advises that, following this transfer, the Company's issued share capital is 48,735,005 Ordinary Shares (including 140,000 Ordinary Shares held as treasury shares). Therefore the Company's total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 48,595,005.

The above figure of 48,595,005 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
