ARM Holdings PLC29 August 2006 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on the 29th August 2006, the following ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. 48,049 ordinary shares at 25.00 pence per share 87,862 ordinary shares at 47.00 pence per share 35,064 ordinary shares at 70.00 pence per share 118,597 ordinary shares at 58.65 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company holds 23,577,364 ordinary shares as treasury shares.
