Transfer of Treasury Shares

Reckitt Benckiser plc ("the Company") announces that, on 27 April 2007 the following ordinary shares (154,469) have been transferred from treasury shares for the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Executive Share Option Scheme:

1,500 ordinary shares at ‚£5.538 per share

35,000 ordinary shares at ‚£7.04 per share

3,636 ordinary shares at ‚£9.504 per share

113,492 ordinary shares at ‚£11.186 per share

841 ordinary shares at ‚£12.12 per share

Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 4,193,206 ordinary shares in treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 716,132,137.
