Transfer of Treasury Shares
Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("the Company") announces that, on 12 March 2008 the following ordinary shares [1862] have been transferred from treasury shares for the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Reckitt Benckiser Group Share Schemes/Plans:
UK Savings Related Share Option Scheme:
116 Ordinary shares at ‚£16.90 per share
Global Stock Profit Plan:
1,746 Ordinary shares at ‚£13.71per share
Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 11,523,116 Ordinary shares in treasury.
The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 710,845,396.
