Transfer of Treasury Shares

Reckitt Benckiser plc ("the Company") announces that, on 22 June 2007 the following ordinary shares (203,925) have been transferred from treasury shares for the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Executive Share Option Scheme:

668 ordinary shares at ‚£7.48 per share

1,400 ordinary shares at ‚£8.819 per share

1,857 ordinary shares at ‚£9.504 per share

200,000 ordinary shares at ‚£11.186 per share.

Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 6,572,889 ordinary shares in treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 715,774,234.
