ARM Holdings PLC07 December 2007 Transfer of Treasury Shares ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 07 December 2007, the following ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of employees' share scheme allotments: 6750 ordinary shares at 125.00 pence per share 1500 ordinary shares at 104.25 pence per share 8750 ordinary shares at 105.50 pence per share 6000 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 101,169 ordinary shares at 25.00 pence per share 1,124 ordinary shares at 70.00 pence per share 50,000 ordinary shares at 75.00 pence per share 2,248 ordinary shares at 70.00 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company held 57,501,582 ordinary shares as treasury shares.
