ARM Holdings PLC02 August 2006 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on the 2nd August 2006, the following ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. 16,000 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 2,500 ordinary shares at 105.50 pence per share 5,056 ordinary shares at 70.00 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company holds 17,223,183 ordinary shares as treasury shares.
