Transfer of Treasury Shares

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("the Company") announces that, on 10 December 2009, the following ordinary shares (280,783) have been transferred from treasury shares for the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Reckitt Benckiser Group Share Schemes/Plans:

US Share Save Scheme:

1,699 Ordinary shares at 16.90 per share

217 Ordinary shares at 21.24 per share

205 Ordinary shares at 21.95 per share

Executive Share Scheme:

278,662 Ordinary shares at 18.10 per share

Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 2,645,419 Ordinary shares in treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 719,723,093.
