ARM Holdings PLC05 June 2007 Transfer of Treasury Shares ARM Holdings PLC 5 June 2007 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 5 June 2007, the followingordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purposes ofemployees' share scheme allotments. 15,000 ordinary shares at 28.00 pence per share 33,250 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 750 ordinary shares at 104.25 pence per share 3,750 ordinary shares at 118.50 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company held 69,320,478ordinary shares as treasury shares.
