Transfer of Treasury Shares

The Company announces that on 25 June 2013 it has transferred out of Treasury 383,152 of its ordinary shares of 1 pence each to Nicholas Stagg, pursuant to the vesting of share awards announced on 28 May 2013. The balance of 78,666 shares due to Mr Stagg is being transferred from the Company's Employee Benefits Trust.

As at the date of this announcement, the Company's total issued ordinary share capital is 497,050,995 shares. Following the transfer of the shares as described above, the Company holds 1,848,620 of its shares in Treasury and has 495,202,375 ordinary shares in issue excluding Treasury shares.
