Transfer of Treasury Shares

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("the Company") announces that, on 10 December 2007 the following ordinary shares [104,138] have been transferred from treasury shares for the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Reckitt Benckiser Group Share Schemes/Plans:

Executive Share Option Scheme:

48,088 Ordinary shares at ‚£12.760 per share

24,000 Ordinary shares at ‚£11.186 per share

11,500 Ordinary shares at ‚£9.504 per share

7,300 Ordinary shares at ‚£8.819 per share

12,500 Ordinary shares at ‚£7.480 per share

750 Ordinary shares at ‚£5.538 per share

Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 10,420,148 Ordinary shares in treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 711,948,364.
