ARM Holdings PLC06 December 2006 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on the 6th December 2006, thefollowing ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for thepurposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. 120,000 ordinary shares at 43.00 pence per Share 26,775 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 8,430 ordinary shares at 47.00 pence per share 12,361 ordinary shares at 70.00 pence per share 49,999 ordinary shares at 105.50 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company holds 44,135,444ordinary shares as treasury shares.
