ARM Holdings PLC23 February 2007 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on the 23rd February 2007, thefollowing ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for thepurposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. 4,500 ordinary shares at 25.00 pence per share 418,000 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 15,771 ordinary shares at 58.65 pence per share 7,056 ordinary shares at 74.00 pence per share 3,750 ordinary shares at 105.50 pence per share 16,875 ordinary shares at 125.00 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company holds 47,103,575ordinary shares as treasury shares.
