ARM Holdings PLC03 September 2007 Transfer of Treasury Shares ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 03 September 2007, thefollowing ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for thepurposes of employees' share scheme allotments. 39,750 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 1,686 ordinary shares at 70.00 pence per share 4,375 ordinary shares at 104.25 pence per share 15,000 ordinary shares at 105.50 pence per share 18,280 ordinary shares at 122.40 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company held 28,089,355ordinary shares as treasury shares.
