ARM Holdings PLC14 December 2005 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 14 December 2005, the following ordinary shares were transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. 120,000 ordinary shares at 2 pence per share 80,000 ordinary shares at 2.60 pence per share 18,500 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share Following the above transfer of treasury stock, the Company holds 12,209,455 ordinary shares as treasury shares.
